This project was created for the D&AD competition. Coutts is a private UK bank that provides wealth management to high net-worth clients. The brief acknowledges that today’s generation has very different expectations when it comes to personal service and relationships, and challenged competitors to help Coutts engage more deeply with clients by embracing new technologies.
